Drop discs to connect four in a row — beat the computer or challenge a friend online.
Connect Four is a two-player strategy game first published in 1974 that challenges players to drop coloured discs into a vertical 7×6 grid, aiming to form a line of four in any direction — horizontal, vertical, or diagonal — before their opponent does. The rules take thirty seconds to learn, yet the game has enough strategic depth that perfect play (proven by mathematical analysis) guarantees a first-player win with correct strategy, making it endlessly analysable for enthusiasts. GameNight.pro offers three modes: versus a computer at Easy, Medium, or Hard difficulty; local pass-and-play on a single device; and real-time online play against a friend via a shareable code. No account or download required, and the board resets instantly after each game.
Choose vs Computer, 2 Players, or Play Online from the mode menu. Click any column — or tap on mobile — to drop your disc. Hovering over a column shows a preview of where your disc will land. Players alternate turns; Red always goes first. The first player to connect four discs in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally wins. If all 42 cells fill without a winner the game is a draw. In vs Computer mode the AI responds immediately after your move. In Online mode moves sync live between both players — share the code or invite link to connect. Press New Game at any time to reset and replay.
